For Cadillac enthusiasts, the last year has been an exciting time. Not only have the Cadillac flagship luxury and performance models seen some exceptional updates, but new models like the all-new XT6 have created plenty of buzz in the automotive world. Now drivers have even more to be excited about, as Cadillac debuts the all-new 2020 Cadillac CT5, a brand new sedan built around refined style, advanced technology, and exhilarating performance.

The 2020 Cadillac CT5 made its highly-anticipated debut at the New York International Auto Show, and certainly didn’t disappoint. A brand new compact sedan, the 2020 CT5 strikes a perfect balance between timeless refinement and contemporary style. Under the hood, a standard twin-scroll 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine creates 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. while an available 3.0-liter twin-turner V6 cranks things up with 335 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque.

The 2020 CT5 is just as smart as it is stylish and powerful, too. A 10-inch touchscreen display comes standard while available real-time navigation and an upgradable 8-inch driver screen add convenience and additional connectivity. The 2020 CT5 also features two standard USB inputs along with an SD card slot.

Here at Mike Raisor Cadillac, we are eagerly anticipating adding this new model to our lineup of trusted Cadillac vehicles.

2019 Cadillac XT4 Automatic Braking

Cadillac XT4 Automatic Braking | Mike Raisor Cadillac

The 2019 Cadillac XT4 is one of the safest crossovers on the market, partly thanks to its advanced Automatic Braking technology. Cadillac XT4 Automatic Braking can help you avoid collisions and keep you and your family safer on the road.

The XT4 is available with both Forward and Reverse Automatic Braking, so whether you’re in bumper-to-bumper traffic or you’re backing out of a parking spot, the system is there to help you out.

Forward Automatic Braking uses radar sensors to keep track of the distance between you and the car ahead of you and will engage the brakes for you when you get too close. Reverse Automatic Braking will hit the brakes if you’re backing up and an object or another car is behind you.

Automatic Braking will also warn you in advance that you’re at risk of a collision with red warning lights on the head-up display, giving you plenty of time to avoid the accident yourself before it takes over. If you have Safety Alert Seat, you will also hear warning beeps.

The Automatic Braking system even comes with Intelligent Brake Assist, which when you engage the brakes can boost your braking power and further help avoid an accident, or at least seriously reduce the severity of it.
